Our aim is to ensure that our clients rights are safeguarded and that government action is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. For public entities, we ensure adherence to the governing legal frameworks while at the same time effectively executing their mandate.

• Advice on constitutional law, human rights, administrative, environmental and tax issues and representation before the relevant national courts or tribunals.
• Advice on and the initiation of public interest litigation on behalf of the members of the public or non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
• Advice on public procurement laws including procurement regulations, requirements and procedures, and representing clients in procurement disputes before the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board and/or other national courts and tribunals with jurisdiction.
• Advice on and conducting legal compliance with public finance management laws for national and county governments/assemblies as well as the preparation of legislation and/or amendments to existing laws.
• Advice on electoral laws including voter registration, voting procedures, candidate qualifications, nomination procedures and requirements, and representation in electoral disputes/petitions including enforcement action for electoral offences.
• Advice on ethics and anti-corruption laws including investigations and whistleblowing, and legal representation in enforcement action by government agencies.
