Mr. Dullo specialises in international trade law, international commercial arbitration, international investment law and arbitration, public international law and dispute settlement before various national courts and tribunals. He also has interests in human rights law, legislative drafting and policy reform. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Certified Professional Mediator with the Mediation Training Institute (E.A).

Mr.Dullo holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (The University of Nairobi), a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law), a Master of Laws Degree (International Trade and Investment Law – University of Amsterdam) and a Master of Advanced Studies in International Dispute Settlement (a joint programme of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the Geneva University Law School).
